Summer is all about the beach and the sun, isn’t it? But, for us girls, it’s also about real frustrations like dry skin, sunburn, and acne breakouts.

Trust me, you are not alone in this! We all go through the same during hot summer days and it doesn’t feel good at all.

So what can you do to prevent this from happening? 

This face mask that I’ll be sharing with you today is literally the best face mask for summer! I’ve personally tried it, and the results are amazing.

It will boost your face radiance and moisture, especially after a day at the beach or simply after you’re broken out after a string of hot, humid days. 

The secret behind this summer mask…

You love cocoa powder, do you? I mean who doesn’t! This mood booster not only increases your happiness hormone and reduces your stress levels, but can equally give you radiant and lifted skin without adding calories to it! 

Sounds interesting… Well, hear me out! 

Pure cocoa powder is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It repairs the skin from damage, protects it from premature aging,  reduces blemishes, soothes redness, and improves your skin’s overall complexion.

Besides, it’s highly rich in omega-6 fatty acids, which gives you that needed dose of healthy, skin-soothing rejuvenation.

So YASSS, you can finally indulge in this sweet chocolatey goodness without feeling guilty, haha!

Now, here are the ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp pure cocoa powder, sour cream and high quality honey
  • Drops of lavender oil (depending on how dry your skin is)

So, what’s next?

Grab a bowl, add cocoa powder, then the sour cream, and give them a good mix!

Now, you can add some drops of Lavender oil, and finish by adding honey. Voila! Your mask is ready <3
